Who's THAT Girl?

“Let’s do what we love and do a lot of it.” – Marc Jacobs

Who’s THAT Girl?

Who am I? Just a fun loving, 30 years young, bourbon drinking, mermaid obsessed, fashion designer living in Las Vegas.

Ayron, pronounced Air-in, not A-Aron, high five to anyone who gets the joke. Born in California where I spent most of my life but, also spent several years of my youth living in northern Michigan. I recently graduated from Sanford Brown College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts emphasizing on Fashion Design. I currently work as a cocktail waitress at one of the pools on the strip, it's fun but its not as glamourous as everyone thinks.

My love for fashion came at an early age; playing dress up, cutting up my Barbie clothes to make them more “trendy,” changing my purses daily to match my outfits, and putting together collages of outfits from magazine cut outs. Fashion has been such a large part of my life. Friends are ALWAYS asking for advice on what to wear, “are these shoes cute,” “where can I find the best skinny jeans,” which lead to me start blogging. PLUS I live in a pretty cool city that doesn't get enough credit or recognition for it's culture.

What’s THIS Blog About?

Las Vegas kind of has a bad rep, I mean its called Sin City after all. However, after living here for several years, I’ve started to discover that there is a lot of fashion, art and culture in this city. Believe it or not, you can live in Las Vegas (or just outside of the city) and have a NORMAL life (but what's considered normal these days). Being a Las Vegas local, we have access to some of the best restaurants around the world, beautiful art galleries, amazing entertainment, and beautiful hiking out at Red Rock Canyon just outside of the city. This city is amazing and I want everyone to know that there is more to “Sin City” then just gambling, strip clubs and booze.

So follow me along a somewhat glamorous, slightly tipsy, but never boring adventure of this thing I call life living in Las Vegas.

Affordable Lingerie for Valentine's Day

If you're like me, you don't need a reason to shop for something fabulous such as lingerie. However, when the occasion presents it's self, I do love to buy lingerie. Not to mention the boyfriend ALWAYS loves it. Unfortunately, lingerie seems to cost a fortune, depending on where you buy it from. With a little time and research, I was able to track down some very sexy, high-quality, affordable lingerie for just about ANY SIZE. Sam Edelman Velvet Romper Technically not "lingerie" but it looked super cute on the model online. I thought it'd be perfect to wear around, being comfortable but still cute. I found this on sale at Nordstrom, usually $48, I got it for $28 plus tax! Victoria's Secret This is one of my favorite finds. There's something sexy about a high waist panty. I'm absolutely in love with the blush and gold. This set is perfect for date night or to wear when you want to feel a little extra sexy. To my surprise, these pie...

When you were born near the ocean and love it with all your soul; living in the desert can be a struggle. However, over the last year I've discovered that Las Vegas has some amazing scenery outside of the city. We have some beautiful hiking trails, historical sites, parks, and venues. One of my favorite places is a little park by my house that has some interesting terrain; man-made pond, green grass, a running/biking trial, and random parts of the desert. So of course my photographer Casey Jade  and I HAD to do a shoot here. This place as perfect for the juxtaposition was were going for. Scroll down to see some of the fun we had.
